Looking for a smartphone, which can last for a week on a single charge, here is the latest OUKITEL K10, which comes with a massive 11000 mAh battery. I’ve used this smartphone for quite some time and here I’m sharing my experience and review of OUKITEL K10.

OUKITEL K10 Unboxing
Inside the box, You’ll get an OUKITEL K10 smartphone, along with the Charger, Type-C Cable, Type-C to USB-A Adapter, Type-C to 3.5mm Jack Adapter, Silicone Case, Screen Protector, and a Sim Card Ejector.
OUKITEL K10 Battery
The 11000 mAh battery is the selling point of OUKITEL K10 smartphone. This battery is almost 4 times bigger than the normal smartphone like Xiaomi Mi A1, Redmi 5A, Honor 7X. I tested this smartphone and I found that it’s quite difficult to discharge this smartphone for a light user in short span of time. I’ve used OUKITEL K10 as my primary smartphone and that battery lasted for almost 6 days on moderate use. But, If you’re a light user then this battery will last for around 12-15 days. As you can see in the screenshot below, I am using this smartphone as a light user from 9 days but the battery is still at 45%.
Now Let’s talk about fast charging, Almost we all have seen/heard about OnePlus’s Dash Charge, which is one of the fastest. But, The Dash Charge Speed isn’t even close to K10’s Type-C Quick charge speed. OUKITEL claims that 5V/5A Type-C Quick charge can charge this smartphone from 0 – 100% in just 2 hours and 15 minutes and the claim seems real. I tried to charge the K10 smartphone in airplane mode and it took only 1 hour and 45 minutes to reach 14 – 100%.
OUKITEL K10 Design
OUKITEL K10 is a normal smartphone but It looks like a rugged waterproof smartphone. OUKITEL uses real calf leather on the back side, which gives it a fantastic look and The K10’s massive battery is packed inside the smartphone with visible metal screws on all four sides. Just because of 13 mm Thickness and 283g Weight, OUKITEL K10 feels very bulky in first use. But, You’ll get used to it after few days.
OUKITEL K10 Display
The OUKITEL K10’s 6-inch 18:9 FHD+ display has enough brightness for indoor and outdoor use but visibility is little low under direct sunlight. The full-screen display offers vivid and high color saturation and also has good viewing angle for all your photos, films, and mobile game scenes. Despite having a big display and bulky design, the smartphone feels comfortable and easy to hold in one hand, thanks to its 18:9 display and narrow bezel design.
OUKITEL K10 Performance
OUKITEL K10 is equipped with an octa-core Helio P23 SoC by MediaTek, an ARM Mali-G71 MP2 GPU, 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. With those specs, this definitely isn’t going to compete with the flagship smartphone in terms of performance. But, The processor is easily handling all the daily tasks such as switching apps, surfing the web, video streaming, etc. in a smooth lag-free way. I’ve also tried to play some heavy games and I did not encounter any noticeable frame drops and the smartphone does get warm while playing a game but it’s not enough to be that noticeable.
OUKITEL K10 is running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and I am not sure that it will get an Oreo update or not. But, The user interface is very clearly arranged, and aside from a few new icons, there are no visible changes.
OUKITEL K10 Camera
The smartphone features a 21 MP + 8 MP sensor on the back while on the front side there is a 13 MP + 8 MP sensor. Both cameras support modes such as video, photo, FaceBeauty, Blur, Mono. The rear camera also supports a Pro mode, allowing for manual adjustment of ISO sensitivity and exposure. But, despite having a high-resolution camera, photos lacked the detail. The camera is decent enough for daylight pictures but the low light picture has lots of noise. You can see the camera sample on video review.
OUKITEL K10 Security
Fingerprint Sensor of K10 is fast and accurate. It detects the fingerprint instantly but takes few seconds to turn on the display. And The Face ID is OK but it’s not accurate. Note: You cannot use Fingerprint and Face ID at the same time.
OUKITEL K10 Verdict
OUKITEL K10 offers the great battery life and performance of a mid-range smartphone. CPU and GPU are capable of running most apps and games. On the other hand, Camera of OUKITEL K10 is decent and 64 GB of internal storage may not be enough for some users. So, If you prefer battery life over camera then the K10 is the best choice for you.
